From the Barber Shop and Shoe Shine Memories licensed collection this Shiner Vintage Metal Sign measures 12 inches by 12 inches and weighs in at 1 lb(s). Cigar smoking was the Rage of all Rages during the Post Civil war era. SHINER was taken from a rare stone lithographed cigar label by Geo Schlegel NY. (GCLGS Archived graded label) we think this came from Round top Texas around 1881 formally known as Shiner Texas. Them shoeshine boys loved ta smoke their often received tip cigars. This Vintage Metal Sign is hand made in the USA using heavy gauge American steel.
