From the Barber Shop and Shoe Shine Memories licensed collection this Mason's Vintage Metal Sign measures 15 inches by 12 inches and weighs in at 2 lb(s). Originally An extremely rare calendar topper from 1908 est. This image advertises it all for shoe & boot dressing. Since 1832 Masons leather Blacking was the preservation/preparation to have. But at the turn of the century white shoes were gaining popularity. So the Philadelphia Lithograph Company Bertram – Bryan gave Mason’s a Calendar with a little humor to advertise their products. This Vintage Metal Sign is hand made in the USA using heavy gauge American steel.
